| For sale: 20% to 60% of an innovative software enterprise located in Vienna/Austria. During the last 3 years a unique mobile computing solution for medium and large-scale enterprises with field service selling was developed by a team of engineering graduates of computer science. Due to the high innovation potential the development was promoted by the Viennese promotion of economy development fund. Reference customers inclusive Success story are available - e.g. an internationally acting wholesale business with over 60 field service selling coworkers in 4 countries. And a pilot customer, who could double the turnover per selling coworker since product introduction. From this the ROI results less than one year. While in the last years the focus was primarily on product development, an innovative and solid product is now present. Marketing and selling in the total European area are to be strongly forced henceforth. The turnover with the product for the current financial year 2007 can be numbered due to current projects with approximately 800 T euros. The profit before tax is computed with approximately 220 T euro. The enterprise is an exclusive property of the founder and is completely own capital funds-financed. Due to the planned measures a turnover of 2 million Euros with a profit of 450-650 T euros is realistic in the year 2009.
