 The Company was established in 1983 and its main Business activity was Photo processing, running up to 3 Minilabs in Mallorca. In 1992 the Company started offering new services like mounting, encapsulation, laminating, framing and digital printing on plotters, which is our main activity now. The company is located in a 600m² site in central Palma and has a 12 m storefront. Our services and products comprise: Photo processing and prints from analogue film and digital media. Photocopy service in B&W and color on a Xerox DC250 color copier. Framing in aluminium and wood. Mounting on hardboard, particleboard, composite panels, forex, foamboards, perplex and more. (We cut up to 2.2 m high and 4m wide all sorts of hard materials and encapsulated prints and banners) We mount and laminate up 2 m wide with a Seal Laminator and encapsulate up to 1.6m wide with a Crest roller press. We print up to 2.5 meters wide with a Mutoh Spitfire 100 Low solvent plotter on Vinyl, banner, paper and cloth. We print high quality on paper, vinyl and backlit on two HP 5000 and one HP 5500UV Plotter. A HP 815 Plotter with a 1 meter wide Scanner for copies and prints of architectural schematics and blueprints. We use among others computers two Mac (G3 and G4) and two PC with dual Xenon. We stock and sell complete pop-up systems, all sorts of displays and frames. We have a database of over 400 customers. In 2006 166 of these customers placed orders, besides the direct cash sales over the counter. Turnover in 2006 was 502.000 Euros. 10 customers made 50% of the turnover. 20% of the customers make up 82% of total turnover. The net profit margin is around 16%. The site with almost 600m² is located in Palma City in a sought after location. It lays only 300 meters from the new Palma Congress Palace which is being built and should open in 2 years time. The rent is 42.000 Euros/Year and has still 6 Years running time The contract can be renewed any time before that. The premises has a transfer value of 185.000€ should the company decide to move to another location or industrial park. The Company has 6 Employees. The value of the installations and machines is 150.000 Euros after write-off. The Goodwill is valued at 284.000 Euros. | |
