The cafe/bar is well located close to the entrance to the Port in a busy row of international bars and cafes fronting one of the main car parks. Most customers choose to sit here and watch the world go by while enjoying a cool drink or the tasty home-cooked English food on the menu, but there are stools at the bar inside for the stalwart drinkers. The bar is solidly built in brick with a polished wood top and is well fitted with pumps for draught beer, chillers for bottled drinks and display shelving for wines and spirits, a commercial coffee machine and a separate kitchen has a serving hatch to the bar and is well equipped including a gas oven and hob, plancha, deep-fat fryers, extraction hood, several microwave ovens and plenty of fridges and freezers for food kitchen is surprisingly roomy by normal standards and certainly adequate to support a full menu.
