We are a company operating since , our initial capital is 100 thousand zlotys. The value of our current production is 2 million zlotys, we also have material inventories worth 1.6 million zlotys. The company is founded by father and son who have the knowledge to practice to run this kind of a business. We have a commodity market in quantities of about 400 contractors, with whom we cooperate.
We decided to obtain a new partner/partners, who can raise their capital in the company contributing to the increase and modernization of production, which would enter our goods to markets outside Polish borders, we also want to run a large garden centre, which is going be the largest of its kind in Opole in Poland. Current production allows us to plan for a significant revenue from the spring of .
Prospective partners will be admitted to the company in the majesty of the law by writing down a notarial agreement and making an entry in the Register of Companies. The lowest contribution to the company is 39 thousand 215 zlotys and it multiples by calculation of the according value of production. By contributing to the company you become one of its co-owners, which gives the right to participate in the general meetings of shareholders, on which are discussed the matters of dividend payments and the company's future development goals. It is possible to resell the company shares, this should be agreed by prior arrangement of this fact.
