We are an exclusive country hotel with state-of-the-art equestrian center. The present hotel capacity of 38 beds in 18 luxurious suites can be doubled to 78 beds. There is a spa with finnish and turquish saunas. A small indoor pool with jacuzzi can be the subtropical gardens is a lagoon pool with 300 sqm water mirror. the 90% completed restaurant seats 120 people in 3 adjoining dining rooms and another 120 on the mostly covered terraces. In addition there are conference facilities for up to 200 people. The equestrian center boasts presently 36 stable boxes with private paddocks. A stable with another 28 boxes can be added. There is an open arena 28 x 68 m and an indoor arena 20 x 60 m, a walker for 6 horses, 2 longeing circles, one old hacienda houses the owner acommodation with 4 double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, a magnificent lounge with vaulted ceilings, large kitchen with breakfast area, laundry etc. There is also a staff house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. The property enjoys an excellent infrastructure.
