The company deals with the complete tool management of small, medium and large injection mold projects for various industries such as the automotive industry.
We are looking for a strategic partner or buyer who wants to settle its injection molding tools in Portugal and who wants to have a local team for supporting their projects.
Shares may optionally be purchased. Even a 100% share sale is possible under certain conditions.
