We are selling 50 % of our internet company. We are a startup company and have developed an unique internet solution during the last 36 months with 30 developers. We invested more than 2 mio. euro in development. The product is 95 % completed and ready to start. In case of illness we lost our main investor and now we are looking for a new investor who is willed to finance the product relase. We need to invest 920.000 eur for starting the product.
We are selling up to 50 % of our company. The price is 1 mio. per 10 % of shares. The investmet should be doubled within 24 months.
