I am looking for a successor for the small apartment complex (35 beds) in the north of Gran Canaria with pool, sauna and garden 2500qm, which I operate quite sucessful for about 13 years. The ocupation rate is about 75%. Sales are rising continuosly. Lease contract for long term and at the best conditions - as well as the commercial license. The furniture should be renewed in parts. The business can be taken from the operation with all Internetpublications, the booking engine and website. Reservations about one year in advance. I can offer my help to introduce you for several months. Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
