My wife and I intend to purchase at least 4 apartments in the first line of the sea in Majorca Santa Ponsa / Paguera 7014 Palma de Mallorca.
The business project will be reopened as soon as possible in and operated in the financed apartments in the first sea line directly on the unobstructable promenade and close to the center.
The company's focus will be on providing our guests with outstanding service and unmatched offers, which makes us stand out from our competitors.
The very good capacity utilization has steadily increased in recent years. Furthermore, the equipment and the equipment such as outdoor swimming pool, air conditioning very good furniture, our guests a very highlighted ambiance offered here because of our high service thought to emphasize.

Due to my many years of experience in the field of accommodation, apartment rental at the tourism center as well as hotel management, F & B management, management assistant, I will be able to work innovative and cost optimized. My wife, who also has years of experience in the hotel, will help me.
