We offer a High Tec operation in CNC milling and turning, which has been growing steadily since 1990. The company is offered as an owner-managed GmbH, due to a disease of the owner. About 2 years ago, a completely new production hall with 2200 square meters was built by the managing director. This hall is located on an approximately 8600 sqm plot. The hall has the latest standards in ventilation and heating, plus a PV system on the roof. The entire machine park (state of the art) including tools (15 machining)is also taken over. There are over 40,000 software programs for each customer's specifications. The employee base was optimized, rejuvenated, and has since then been stable, rising slightly with currently 15 employees. The employees are between 26-36 years old. The majority of customers are regular customers who have been sourcing products for over 20 years. Mostly with special requirements, which currently nobody can produce in the market. The customers are from the segment drive engineering, rehabilitation technology, medical technology, mechanical engineering, gear construction, etc. No automobile customers. New was a measuring and mounting room. Overall, the turnover is currently at just over 3 million euros. There are customer orders for and 2020, so that an annual increase of 10% can be expected.
