For sale are the majority shares in a Swedish installation company for tiles, slabs and natural stones.
Customers are mainly bigger construction companies (80%) and smaller construction companies. Private persons are not served to any appreciable extent. In addition to their employees, the company still works with round about 25 craft companies as subcontractors.
The company was founded in the 1980s and over time has been joined by three other shareholders, who are also willing to remain in the company, depending on the constellation. The majority shareholder is still willing to accompany the company for a while.
The industry is growing all over Sweden, stone and ceramics are enjoying increasing popularity.
