We are a face mask manufacturing company.
A fully functional production line for certified 3-layer medical masks (surgical masks) and the associated raw material and spare parts is for sale as follows:
- Production machine for folding, welding and cutting 3-layer masks on the basis of roll material, with a production capacity of 75 masks per minute.
- Automatic ear loop welding machine with a production capacity of 40 masks per minute
- Kaeser compressor for the compressed air supply
- Jet printer for labeling the packaging
- 2 x ultrasonic welding devices including accessories as spare parts for welding the masks
- Mechanical components for the production machine for making children's masks
- 8000 folding boxes for packing type II and type IIR masks
- 2000 kg melt-blown material with 98% filter performance for the production of approx. 2 million masks
- 1000 kg of blue non-woven material as the outer layer for the production of 1 million masks
- 1000 kg of white non-woven material as the inner layer for the production of 1 million masks
- Nosepiece for the production of approx. 1 million masks
- Ear loops for the production of approx. 1 million masks
- 500 pcs. Shipping boxes
- Various stainless steel shelves and stainless steel roller tables for storage and organization of production
- Air purification unit with H13 filter for air purification
- Certificates and laboratory reports for the medical masks type I, type II and type IIR

The production plant is complete and all the necessary components for the production of 3-layer masks are available. It was acquired and set up in the course of the crisis. The reason for selling this production line is that we are focusing on other business areas. The production can be visited by arrangement. The location is in Hessen.
The total price for taking over the production line including the above Component amounts to EUR 200,000.
Training and installation of the system is included in the price. We provide you with competent staff for the initial phase.
