Rapidly growing building cleaning company with full inventory, machines and vehicles, well-trained workforce and loyal customer base (exclusively industrial, commercial and community customers) is looking for a successor. Operational building cleaning is part of our group, along with other areas of focus such as the wholesale of cleaning chemicals and machines. In order to concentrate on the trade, we want to hand over operational building cleaning to a successor. Our branch is located in the area and the customer radius is 20 km. For over 15 years we have been looking after our long-term customers in the field of building interior cleaning, glass cleaning, basic cleaning, garden landscape maintenance and building cleaning. The share of maintenance cleaning is over 90%. We work exclusively in the B-2-B area and hold long-term fixed contracts for direct sales and tenders with communities in our area. A long-standing employee works in the administration and covers accounting, invoicing and telephone secretarial tasks. In the operational area we have four experienced property managers who oversee the ongoing maintenance cleaning. All objects are occupied by cleaning staff, are fully equipped with material and machines and run stably. In the field of construction, basic and special cleaning, we have our own BGS team that is led by a very experienced BGS manager. Projects with, for example, 100,000 square meters of glass cleaning are carried out routinely and with high margins and set us apart, since such projects often have to be subcontracted. Every year, we earn at least around € 100,000 from recurring BGS work alone. We estimate sales for 2020 to be approx. € 1,200,000 and for the year 2021 now fixed at approx. € 2,000,000 with an EBIT of € 120,000 and € 200,000 respectively. The company employs around 85 full-time, part-time or marginally employed people.
