The company exists since as a GmbH &. and existed previously as a sole proprietorship. It is active in the development and production of innovative systems in the field of communication and entertainment. The focus is on secure communication even under difficult conditions. In addition to production for the leisure and sports sector, the company is increasingly manufacturing for commercial use, as the business field of industrial projects in particular is experiencing steady growth. The company's entry into personal protective equipment (PPE) began with the development and production of communication electronics for ear muffs. This was followed by an R&D contract with a well-known Swabian manufacturer of power tools. In order to put the company on a technologically optimal basis for a planned future handover to a new management, the managing directors decided to use their know-how to start and finance another new development. After a market analysis, the decision was made in favor of a "safety-relevant multi-user hands-free device in hearing protection". Despite an unexpectedly high expenditure of time and money, the development of the new product series was pushed ahead and has now been successfully completed. This product series was also the first of its kind to be successfully approved for "protection against lethal or harmful hazards". However, the profits generated elsewhere had to be fully reinvested, so that a conventional view of earnings is not meaningful at present. Investments for the distribution also had to be omitted, at least temporarily. This is a clear weakness of the company, the other assets of a successful technology company are abundant. Now, for reasons of age, the managing directors are looking for a successor, ideally a sales-oriented MBI or an internationally active strategist who has the confidence to generate appropriate capital from technological gold made in Germany. All products are cleanly documented, relocation is possible, employee commitments are manageable.
