A manufacturing craft or industrial company is being sought for purchase as part of a succession plan. Preferably it is a SME from a technological niche such as ceramic applications, glass and other special materials. I am also open to the areas of mechanical engineering or toolmaking or plastics technology. Ideally, the company should be located in the Cologne or Düsseldorf area. However, with a suitable company, I am also flexible throughout Germany.
I am a mechanical engineer and have several years of professional experience in various management positions in the areas of research, development and production. Commercial knowledge is also available from business management activities from everyday work.
In particular, the creative freedom that comes with self-employment and the assumption of responsibility motivate me to take over a company in the context of succession planning. I am happy to face the challenges that arise in the process.
I am therefore interested in a long-term management of the company.
A takeover can take place directly or in stages. Preferably with a corresponding handover phase with you.
