A newly built hotel property is being sold, including the land owner company and ongoing leases, the contractual partner is a well-known hotel chain, the hotel chain will remain the tenant and operator of the hotel after the sale.
This is a 5 star hotel, 430 rooms
including 50 suites, including 2 presidential suites
The complex also includes a spa area, 3 bars, a restaurant and a ballroom that can be divided into three rooms,
as well as several meeting rooms.
Located in Central Asia, on a central square in the country's third largest city. The location of the hotel is prime, the airport is 15 minutes away (hotel is not in the flight path). The main train station can be reached in 10 minutes, one side of the hotel overlooks the city center, the other side faces the President's Residence and the two remaining wings overlook a park and a protected green area.
There are lease agreements with a large, international and well-known chain. The lease agreement includes a lump sum lease and a profit share. In addition, the project is supported and subsidized by the local government at the highest level, which makes the costs manageable and the project financially very interesting.
The client must contractually release the property by March 2023 and hand over the building, including the lease, to an investor.
