We, an Austrian publisher, produce and sell the popular merchandise products of the in-house cartoon character and publish high-quality books. The owner wants to sell because of other projects. The rights to the cartoon character are protected across the EU in classes 16, 25 and 28. Several designs of the cartoon character are included in the purchase. You can take over the online shop directly and continue running it regardless of location. There are no employees or properties or similar to be replaced. The stock will be sold out by the end of the year. There are no debts. Asking price for the online shop including purchase of the trademark rights and designs: 60,000 euros. Or sale with a license for 10 years: 30,000 euros + 5,000 euros fixed license fee p.a. and 1% share of sales The prices are net. The costs of transferring the rights at the patent office are borne by the buyer.
