We have been producing windows, doors, sun protection and insect protection at one location for 35 years and are therefore a full-service provider. The production is fully equipped with CNC-controlled machines, for example: over 80 window units can be produced in 8 hours. The property covers over 4000 m² of land and around 1200 m² of production space, the office space and exhibition cover approx. 300 m². The property can be rented cheaply for 3,000 euros per month.

There is an extremely complete IT landscape including the necessary software packages with machine controls, etc. Remote servers for working remotely, Autocad and much more.
The customer group primarily sells high-priced products to private customers; there are also intensive contacts with housing cooperatives and architects. We are primarily active in the renovation sector.
Unfortunately, we don't have a successor, so the company could be sold cheaply.
In order to make the company's progress cheap and simple, we imagine an asset deal. This would save time-consuming due diligence and exclude any assumption of warranties from past transactions.
The company name can continue to be used in a modified form so that the known identity of the company is retained.
