We are currently looking for a successor to take over a distillery of exceptional standard. Its characteristics include an outstanding product quality way above average, a high level of sustainability, innovation and craftsmanship as well as a rather scientific foundation. Furthermore, the business combines certain highlights comprised of: - State-of-the-art production - Exceptional production rooms with showroom which can be rented out as an event space - Its own separate retail space in a central location as well as its own online shop - A multiple award-winning product portfolio - Extensive recipe database and production documentation - Written process descriptions for production and administration - Several options for scalability already prepared that can be implemented immediately - outstanding technical staff - exclusive, very upmarket customer base throughout Germany (B2B and B2C) - Mitigated risk, as there is no dependence on neither individual suppliers nor individual customers The highly skilled staff can be taken on, so both a lateral entry as well as a financial investor are conceivable. The sale is purely for health reasons and will be made at the earliest possible date.
