In order to Expand the existing working Capacities, we are looking for new hotel properties from 100 Rooms, with existing Infrastructure and no Investment Backlog For Operation on a Management basis. The Hotels should be in the 3 to 5 star segment. Only Large Cities or Holiday Regions that can ensure optimal Utilization are eligible as locations.
