Private Brothel-commercially. Daily Address
For the Purchase/takeover of a well-established, almost unrivverable Apartment brothel, I am looking for an Investor or silent Partner as soon as possible.
The Brothel has not yet been widely offered for Sale via Advertisements or the like (according to the Owner only here in Biz Trade). A Total of 13 Female employees, daily in 2 Shifts, are employed between 3-5 Ladies.
Would like to take over the Business and also expand it with House/Hotel visits or an Escort Service.
The Total monthly Cost (Rent, Telephone, Electricity, advertising, Etc.) is about +/-10,000,--euros per month.
Required cost-covering daily Intake +/-340,--Euros.
Unfortunately, I do not have the necessary financial Resources to buy the Brothel, but I have the Industry knowledge that is required to run a Brothel in a lucrative way.
