We (trained Chef and Restaurant-tested Wife and Accountant) are looking for a well-located Holiday in the South Bavarian Area or a small To medium-sized hotel, also Garni. For Leasing or Buying.
We have been successfully running a beautiful Gastronomic Property in a well-visited Holiday Region in Bavaria for over 20 years, but feel that now is the Time for a Change. The long Nightlife, in particular, is so slow to the Substance.
We are looking for a long-term Existence and are not Ephemera. The Gastronomy is lived and loved with us and can well imagine a Succession, from Predecessors who want to leave their Life's Work in good Hands.
