My Partner and I are looking For capital to Buy a City hotel in The centre Of . The House itself has a Room Occupancy rate of 92% and has become a real Walking Tip in due to its Individuality. The Hotel and its café and bar employs 15 people and 3 Apprentices. Unfortunately, the three Hotel Floors and the Rooms of the café terminal of the Bar are leased only to 20 Years with Option, with the first 5 Years already having passed and no Property to offer as Security. But good business Relations with the Owner have so far Enabled constant Extensions of the Hotel and also give hope for Cooperation beyond the Expiry of the current Contract. I myself work in this Company administratively and has been working in the Catering and Hotel Industry for 13 Years.
