Yacht Charter
For the Purchase of a Motor Yacht we still need about €150,000. This is to be used in crewed charter in The Caribbean. The New Price is about €500,000. In Return, we will cede 20% of the Property. Accordingly, the Shareholder Is, of course, up to 20% of Charter revenue plus a free Use to be negotiated.
The expected Utilization Rate is about 60%. The Yacht has 2 Cabins, each bringing in $5000 a Week. Minus with Operating Costs, the Share would generate a 20% Return.
This is NOT a time sharing Offer. Because of existing Inquiries and the expected Profit, we are only concerned with this Boat.
