Internet Cafe

An internet/telecafe is offered for sale. Most of the telephone service contracts incl. telephone equipment service are handled in the Internet/Telecafe and there is a telephone contract card, beverage sale as well as beverage distribution. In addition, the tefonieren (at home and abroad) and surfing on the Internet are billed as well as a fax/copy service is offered. The shop is about 63 sqm in size and has a window front about 3 meters long. There is also a small storage room. Internet and telephony are provided via an installed telephone/PC system. There are 4 telephone booths and 9 PC workstations available for this purpose. There is also a coffee machine, 2 drinks refrigerators, 1 ice freezer, as well as a bar counter and two seating combinations with couch, coffee table and chairs (all as good as new). The shop also includes a toilet, which is why there is also a beverage sales permit. A slot machine permit is also available.
