I have been successfully running an Internet order business for jewellery components since 2003. Sales are carried out via its own modern internet platform; Joomla CMS system with webshop with connected merchandise management system - independent of external distribution platforms and auction houses.
The legal form is currently a single company. The goods are imported directly from the countries of origin, mainly from Asia.
The company name is a trademark protected in Germany. We employ 8 people. Offices and representative showroom af 200sqm.
The balance sheets of recent years show high 5-digit gains. The company has considerable growth potential.
I am looking for a partner with a 50% shareholding for the further expansion and internationalization of the business.
Active cooperation with the management is desired, but not absolutely necessary.
My idea for a 50% partnership is 250,000 euros.
