The established -based Company has been on the Market for more than 10 Years. Good, well-known Clientele, which is currently served by four Business Areas. (Automatic Systems + Doors, Elevators, Security, Barriers,...)
The Owner wants to sell the Company for an age (60 +) and can well imagine an Induction period for the Successor.
The Company is waste-free, not bank liabilities. The Warehouse is well filled (80+TEu) and the Machinery and Office equipment is modern. 7 CARS are available to Field Staff.
An international Patent for the newest, fifth Division has just been allocated. Various Prototypes have been developed and are now in Series Maturity. The Launch is now expected to begin. The new Area is 50% electromechanical and 50% at home in the Advertising Industry. Therefore, very different Rates are possible than with the traditional employees-intensive Maintenance Business.
