Parquet production and laying
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a company succession/acquisition for a medium-sized, high-yield and very well-positioned manufacturer and supplier of parquets and floor coverings.
The object of the company is the production, distribution and installation of rod and prefabricated parquets, including all laying, grinding and sealing work on wooden floors, as well as the trade in products of the laying accessories. The entire value chain is covered, from the production of parquet timber to the maintenance of the finished floors.
The customer structure is regional, national and international. Due to the lack of transferees, a suitable successor or purchaser for the company is sought at the earliest possible time. The company is headquartered in Central Germany.
