The following company is looking for a shareholding, alternatively complete takeover is also possible:
It is a manufacturer of construction chemical products for building coatings with headquarters and modern production facilities in a convenient location in central Germany.
Applications:
Concrete coatings for wall and floor;
Roof and facade coatings;
masonry and concrete sealing (e.g. in sewage treatment plants);
Restoration (desalination and repair systems)
Proven and high-class coating systems (mainly under license) are produced and marketed in-house.
The licensing includes the EU and other European countries.
Experience in the production and distribution of construction products or an existing sales organization is desired.
The participation may be organised as a silent or active participation.
The investment amount is to be targeted at € 0.5 million (or pro rata) or according to the bid.
