The existing Name of the Café® can be easily adopted on Request.
The Café was furnished with a lot of Dedication and Attention to Detail, with a unique Equipment and a very special Flair.
Due to Its Individuality, the Café already has cult Status for many of our Guests.
There are up to 80 Seats in indoor Gastronomy.
The Café has to be provided with all the Amenities. The Transfer Fee is named in a face-to-face Conversation.
The Café to be divested has been inviting guests to Linger for more than 20 Years with changing Lunch table/Tapas/Pancakes/Schnitzel and other Dishes á la Carte as well as numerous coffee Specialities and a Selection of Cakes (success recipes will be welcome Successor handed over).
