Real estate brokerage office for sale For Reasons of age I sell my long-standing Brokerage Office.
This has existed since 1972, was built up by me at that time with a Focus on residential property and in recent Years has also had the Areas of Residential rental as well as Brokerage of commercial lilies, yield properties investments and Foreign Real Estate Covered.
Now, after more than 40 successful Years, I want to hand over the Built-up into new Hands. Employees or Offices are not to be taken over in this Context, so that the new Owner is free in his Decisions, where and in what Form and Size he wishes to continue to operate the Brokerage Office.
My Offer is aimed at a Beginner in the real Estate Industry.
This finds not only a well-maintained Customer File with an address inventory of more than 10,000 Interested parties, but also all common Sample Letters and Draft Contracts for Acquisition, Marketing and Sale.
