Once Started as a Manufacturing Company, the Company now sees itself as an Industrial Representative and Distributor For important Manufacturers of active and passive components as well as electromechanical Components and Assemblies. Reliability and Flexibility in line with Customer Specifications are considered to be the great Strengths

The Plan is To Sell all Shares as a Share or Asset Deal. The current Owners will support the Company in the follow-up phase if Necessary.
