Our Client, a successful Entrepreneur and Investor from the German Textile industry, is interested in the Acquisition of high-performing Production companies from the textile/technical textile (Clothing) Industry that have run into Disarray or Suffering from an unexplained corporate Succession.
Ideally, the Company should come from the German Territory, but can also be from Austria and Switzerland (other EU countries are also being reviewed) and trade in small and medium-sized Enterprises-we are also happy to check larger ones on a Case-by-case Basis. Projects, provided that we consider the Framework Conditions to be appropriate.
For better Orientation, here are a few Examples:
-Production of technical Textiles for aerospace and Defence Technology
-Fibre Composites for the aerospace and automotive industry
-Classic Production Clothing, Leather, bags, Seatbelts etc.
