Form of handover by appointment:
We are open to both timely complete handover and an active stake with perspective takeover within a period of up to five years to be agreed. We would like to accompany a start-up to our first self-employment and are in contact with the regional IHK for this purpose.
Payment modality:
The redemption/takeover payment can be made as a one-off or installment payment.
