I have been running my -Kiosk-for two Years and would like to open an additional ice and Event café (as there is sufficient Space). Therefore, I am looking for a silent Partner who opens an Current Account in his Name (Power of attorney for me) and concludes a Lease. Being a Business Start-up, I don't get a Lease. The Renovation Work for the Cafe has already begun. A Café with Ice cream counter, Cake counter is planned. 72 Seats and relaxing Equipment to offer fresh Cream, cakes, ice cream, Small Lunches and Breakfasts. Even for out of The house. Every 6 Weeks we organize a musical Event (German Schlager) As soon as the Café can be opened, we start a GmbH with me as Managing director. Since I worked in Gastronomy for 30 Years, I know what we can offer. So I would no longer be dependent on the job center, which is my Goal.
