Salt grotto in the Ruhr area for health reasons.
Store with salt grotto and brine fogging.
For family/health reasons, we have to sell our salt grotto at the next possible date.
The shop is 170 m2 in size, the salt grotto is located in the shop. It is about 50 m2 in size converted with salted walls up to 2 metres high, about 12 tons of salt chunks were installed. In the salt grotto there is also a grading plant with a stream. A stagnatite ceiling has been incorporated, for sound are in the ceiling boxes. On the ground there is about 3 tons of soil salt, the salt walls are lit behind.
The salt grotto can accommodate 10 guests, or about 5-6 wheelchair users and 5 guests.
The brine mist is about 7 – 8 m2 in size and can accommodate 6 customers, from the structure almost the same but without soil salt and grading plant. Customers linger on a bench.
