Hotel and Restaurant
A successor to a Very well-run hotel on the Baltic Sea is urgently being sought. The Hotel is located in a very good Location and is well known throughout Europe. For 27 Years, the Hotel also served as The Venue for a Television Series.
Every Year, in addition to the usual Hotel and Restaurant Visitors, there are also bus groups, which are in the Footsteps of the Television Series.
The Hotel is sold as a going business including the Acquisition of Employees. At Present, the Hotel is managed by the owner's "Right Hand." The Restaurant and Hotel do not require great Instructions from the Owner. It's almost going all by itself.
My Company was assigned to find a new Owner, so the first Contact by me takes place.
The Owner wants to ensure that the Operation is not disrupted and that the Employees are not frightened.
