Senior Farm with Hofcafe

We plan to convert a Farm as a Retirement home, which means that the Stables are to be demolished and the Retirement rooms are created there in a modern Modular Design. The old Main House is to be renovated and served as a Empfag Area and Office Building. The large Meadow is to be transformed into a Park and Petting Zoo. In the one Part of the Barn the farm Café is to be built. We plan the whole thing for up to 80 Residents who can live together in Residential Groups on the Farm. We have already made the Construction Pre-enquiry The City are all for it we would also get enough funding we only lack the Equity.
