Our client is a medium-sized manufacturer and publisher of parquets and floor coverings from Germany. The company wants to continue to grow through acquisitions (e.g. due to a lack of succession). A majority takeover is sought, but one is open to participation by old shareholders or management staff. We are tasked with identifying potential purchase opportunities and obtaining initial information. We are happy to sign a confidentiality declaration in advance.
