Serious business partner for a pawnshop in Poland wanted. The principle is based on the granting of monetary loans against a mortgage on real estate.
The loans are invariably hedged with a property and the amount of the receivables is always recorded in the land register. I am a lawyer, experience and legal knowledge are available. I have recorded relevant contracts, can submit extensive documentation. The legal form is sp. z o.o. (Polish company) is legally permissible. Loan capital necessary, return approx. 30% realistic.
