Rental business property

For health and family reasons, we offer to succeed/take over our rental business. Good revenue has so far been generated with manageable time use. The business is located in the hotel gallery/guesthouse. The business can initially take over with or without a property, later purchase of the property possible. Depending on the size of the increase, only a small capital requirement of the inventory is required. We are thinking of a tenant couple who have already worked in the catch-/hotel industry themselves.
