My Order books are full, all The infrastructure stands (Fulfillment) and the Business is designed for Expansion. I run the Business as a Sole Proprietorship. I run the Fulfillment area In a Business Park with all the required Areas. For expansion, additional Areas can be expanded in a timely and major manner. For the planned Expansion, I am looking For an active Partner who will become a Shareholder in the newly founded GmbH. All Assets, including the order and Customer Base of the current business, will be transferred to this Company.
