I am Looking for one or more Shareholdings for my company to be founded. The Activity is to build a franchise system with a business that has been going On for more than 10 Years. The Trademark is known and registered with the Patent Office. The Business is currently running with a total of 5 Stores in DE and ÖST. This Company is not being taken into Account, however, because this is about a completely new Company that is taking over the Expansion. The Company will build the Expansion through a franchise system and will supply the individual franchisees centrally as wholesalers, Importers and Consulting Service Providers. Furthermore, a Company is founded abroad because of the production there, thus a state. Promotion of the Foreign State can be guaranteed. Since this Support is quite high, this is necessary purely from Formality in order to be able to export from there free of Charge in order to take the Subsidies with you.
