Giesser technology is looking for companies in the foundry industry to succeed us.
Company metrics: Sales of between €1 million and EUR 2.5 million.
The Ebit must be at least 12%.
Companies with or without property.
A purchase in the form of a majority stake of at least 70% is also conceivable.
Industry: Metal foundry, preferably non-automotive with a slightly diversified customer base, cross-industry. Non-ferrous metal casting, pressure casting, sand or coconut casting in the wage. Pure automotive suppliers are not in focus. Special areas, such as prosthetic casting, precious metal casting, are excluded.
Product: Production of castings as wage givers. Items, patterns or small series, outlet productions, even in dependulity to the technology used. Castings with high quality requirements under high flexibility.
Services, with requirements for know-how, such as eggation design and process design.
