Due to private circumstances, we dispense our young and well-off rental business of a large holiday/leisure property on the basis of a sale or lease.
We are thinking of a prospect/in who trades in a customer-oriented way, is flexible in time and brings experience in the rental business (also hotel or pension business).
The leisure and holiday property is rented at short notice, it is fully equipped and renovated.
There is currently a good rental volume due to returning and new tenants. Depending on the design of the takeover (lease or purchase), seed capital is required for the takeover of the inventory, existing customers and the homepage. Current gross rental income currently 55,000 euros per year with increased potential. Handover by arrangement, thorough familiarisation is promised.
