I am looking for a partner for ü a cooperation or the size ü the creation of a company.
This is the production and distribution of a new food product (fast food ä similar finished product). The product can be produced and distributed in 3 varieties. The market is the food retailer such as REWE, EDEKA, KAUFLAND, etc., as well as petrol stations.
Currently, a production hall is available as a rental property (cold rent: 5000 €) ü. The total investment in ä about 500,000 € and this can be financed by the ü nut-loan loan.
In ü r ben ö I have a partner who has ü bought ä ü Finnish training or experience and has 100 000 € equity. A prospective customer who meets these requirements ü lumps and, together with me, made a company ü nden m ö, gets majority shareholding in return.
