I am looking for a partner for a cooperation or the foundation of a company.
This involves the production and distribution of a new food product (fast food-like finished product). The product can be produced and distributed in 3 varieties. The market is the food retail trade such as REWE, EDEKA, KAUFLAND, etc. and petrol stations.
Currently, a production hall is available as a rental property ( cold rent: 5000 € ). The investment amount is approximately €500,000 and this can be financed by start-up loans.
To do this, I need a partner with commercial training or experience and €100,000 in equity. A prospective buyer who fulfils these conditions and wants to start a business together with me will receive a majority shareholding in return. A third party may also participate.
