I am looking for a partner for a cooperation or the start of a company.
This is the production and distribution of a new food product (fast food-like finished product). The product is protected under trademark law and can be manufactured or distributed in at least 3 varieties. The sales market is the German food retailer and the gas stations. Accordingly, the product has a great market potential.
A suitable hall for food production with EC approval is currently available as a rental property (cold rent: €5000). The investment amounts to approximately €500,000 and this can be financed by NRW Bank's start-up loan.
To do this, I need a partner who has commercial training or experience and has €100,000 of equity.
