KAPITAL for project financing secured via a trust account.
We are looking for project financing 1.000.000 EURO as proof of capital for several fully developed project products. The K is paid into a trust account with an economic auditor/tax consultant and he also assumes the liability, the K stays on this TK for one year and is not touched, that is, it does not flow into the financing.
The full financing is discussed and can be contractually agreed immediately if the K is proven.
The KAPITAL will be subject to interest rates of 8% p.a. from our side and will be fully refunded within 12 months at the end of the term. Alternatively, the K can also be converted into shares in project holding at the end of the term. This needs to be discussed individually.
