Substate help school

The tutor school has been in existence for 25 years. It is to be sold for private reasons. In addition to tutoring, parental counselling, learning method training and offers for career orientation, part of the property is sublet to lecturers and institutes for seminars and coaching for hours or days. There are currently 4 part-time employees and 10-15 teachers on a fee basis. The premises are rented. The number of births in Cologne is developing very well, so that there will continue to be enough pupils with a need for reassistance in the future. An expansion of the company with further locations in Cologne is quite conceivable. A complete business equipment is also available for this purpose. The successor partner in or future should have commercial knowledge and an affinity for pedagogical topics. I am happy to introduce the new owner and accompany the transition.
